Tips to avoid fraud in any investment

I am concerned about the many scams out there under the pretext of investment.Guise of investment gold,stocks,insurance etc.That fraudsters are taking advantage of the majority of Indonesian people who are not educated properly about investment.So that is why this article I wrote (not just for Indonesian)

Investing is easy,you just need simply provide the money and looking for an investment instrument that suitable for you.But what is not easy is to wait for profits.Why did I write “wait” because investing have risk and need time to make a profit.It does not mean that you can not get super huge profits in a very short time,certainly can,for example,investment in futures trading.

But we are not talking about investment instruments and the benefits now,there are three important things that you should know before invest.

1. Investment is risky

Every business and investment have risk buddy.Risks that are referred here is the risk of loss.This is the most important thing that needs to be known by all investorsor potential investors.None of the investments that have no risk,if you find a promotional brochure that offers a risk-free fixed income then just throw it in the garbage.

Investments in bonds,even though government bonds have risks.Just look at government debt crisis in Europe today,especially the Eurozone.Investmenting in gold is also not free from risk.Although gold is famous for its value is stable and resistant to inflation still can make you lose money.

So,the risk in investing is like a coin has two sides that can not be separated.Do not be tempted even fooled by the sales marketing of an investment product that is (usually) only highlight the benefits of the product only.If you still think investing or doing business is risk free,then you need to think about it anymore.Things you should remember about the investment risk is,higher profit that you can earn then higher risk that you can get too.

2. Legality

The second most important thing is legality.Legality in question here is the legality of its investment agency and is registered in the local institutions in the State legulator.If you invest in mutual funds then you have to move on legality / permitthe establishment of the company,then find out that the company is listed on the Bapepam legulator institutions (for Indonesia).Same thing in your country.

Even with a mountain of legal permits from the notary to establish the company,but if not enrolled at the institution legulator then the company is illegal.You can find a list of Indonesian mutual fund companies (investment managers) who are legally here.

3.Mechanism

After understanding the above two things,the last thing you need to know is the mechanism.The mechanism of how the payment,registration,withdrawals,etc.It is recommended that you should not rely solely on information from sales or customer service only.Looking for information on the Internet is a good way but you had better to buy a book,because based on my experience the information in the book more complete.

If you just rely on the sales/marketing or customer service,who knows they are the employees who want to quit their job and want to seek profits by cheating,so when you ask where you should deposit an investment fund,you are told to deposit into a personal account of fraudsters.Just in case man.

Example,if you want to invest in mutual funds it will be more complicated than investing in bank deposits.You have to know where you need to register,you must know the official sales agent,you should know the designated custodian banks authorized by the investment management firm,you have to know where you have to add funds,how to withdrawal funds etc.

Once you know exactly how the mechanism,then ask the investment mechanism to sales/marketing or customer service for confirmation.If there is any information/something strage,then you should be suspicious.

Well,that is all that I can wrote fellas,and I expect no more news about investment fraud.

Bahasa itu cuma sebagai alat komunikasi bung

Banyak orang berpikir bisa berbahasa asing itu keren.Dan orang yang Cuma bisa pake bahasa lokalnya itu kampungan.Atau bahkan ada yang menertawakan orang lain hanya karena bahasa inggrisnya kurang bagus.Ga murid,guru,dosen sama aja,banyak yang sok bisa bahasa inggris.Ini dari pengalaman pribadi bung.Harus di ingat,bahwa bahasa bukan alat buat gaya-gayaan,tapi Cuma alat buat berkomunikasi,bahasa apapun itu.

Waktu gw ikut lomba debat bahasa inggris,ada cowo yang pake kacamata yang…yaaa…dari keliatannnya sih pinter (biarpun pada dasarnya semua manusia itu bodoh).Pas rekan saya Bona kebetulan salah dalam mengucapkan kata “student” jadi “stadent” yang harusnya di ucapkan “stuwdent “ tu cowo ketawa.Gw heran apa yang lucu? Kesalahan pengucapan dalam bahasa asing itu bisa dimaklumi karena bukan bahasa lidah mereka,bukannya ditertawakan tapi harus diapresiasi.Orang italia dan spanyol saja masih sering salah dan pengucapan bahasa inggris,tapi orang amerika yang jadi lawan bicaranya ga pernah ketawa tuh,yak karena mereka maklum bung.Karena kalo orang amerika ngomong bahasa italia ya juga bakal belepotan.

Ga Cuma di masalah pengucapan,penulisan juga.Gw pernah baca tweet orang yang dulu pengen ngucapain selamat natal dalam bahasa inggris yang seharunya ditulis “merry X’mas” malah dia tulis “Mary X’mas” , konyolnya pas gw reply terus gw kasih tau penulisan yang bener dia Cuma merespon “suka-suka gw donk” .Halah,udah salah ga usah belagu deh,pake ngelak dengan alasan “suka-suka” segala.Seharusnya berterima kasih sudah ada yang bersedia membenarkan,bukannya semua orang dari lahir itu goblok dan mereka karena belajar jadi mengetahui banyak hal bung.

Kemudian banyak juga orang-orang,yang entah karena pelemnya atau karena pengen ke paris mereka beli kamus bahasa perancis karena pengen belajar bahasa perancis.Seharusnya,mereka ikutan kursus,beli buku tentang grammar dan tata bahasanya BUKAN kamusnya.Karena kalo pun lo hapal semua kosa kata yang ada di kamus BELUM TENTU lo bakal bisa berbahasa perancis.Contoh simpelnya sh gampang,hapalin aja semua kosa kata yang ada dikamus bahasa inggris lalu praktekan ngomong sama orang bule aussi mereka pasti bengong2.Lagian kalo Cuma pengen tau arti kosa kata kan ga perlu beli kamus gede yang berat entu,helooo jaman sekarang udah canggih bo,ada google translate,ada aplikasi kamus dll.Yang perlu dipelajari itu struktur bahasanya,pengucapan,melatih pendengaran,kosa kata itu urusan belakangan.

Tips menghindari penipuan dalam berinvestasi apapun

Saya prihatin dengan banyaknya penipuan-penipuan berkedok investasi di luar sana.Dari investasi berkedok emas,saham,asuransi dll.Para penipu tersebut memanfaatkan kondisi masyarakat Indonesia yang mayoritas tidak terdidik dengan baik mengenai investasi.Maka untuk itulah artikel ini saya tulis (bukan hanya untuk orang Indonesia)

Berinvestasi sebenarnya mudah,anda cukup menyediakan uang dan mencari instrument investasi yang cocok dengan anda.Tapi yang tidak mudah adalah menunggu keuntungan.Kenapa saya tulis “menungggu” karena berinvestasi mengandung resiko dan perlu waktu untuk mendapatkan keuntungan.Bukan berarti anda tidak bisa mendapatkan keuntungan super besar dalam waktu yang sangat singkat,tentu bisa,investasi di perdagangan berjangka contohnya.

Tapi kita tidak sedang membicarakan tentang instrument investasi dan keuntungannya sekarang,ada tiga hal penting yang perlu anda ketahui sebelum berinvestasi.



1.Investasi itu beresiko

Tentu semua bisnis dan investasi apapun itu punya resiko.Resiko yang dimaksud di sini adalah resiko kerugian.Ini adalah hal paling penting yang perlu diketahui oleh semua investor ataupun calon investor.Tidak ada satupun investasi yang tidak memiliki resiko,jika anda menemukan brosur promosi yang menawarkan pendapatan tetap bebas resiko maka buang brosur itu ke tempat sampah.

Investasi di obligasi,bahkan obligasi pemerintah sekalipun punya resiko.Lihat saja krisis hutang pemerintah yang ada di eropa sekarang.Investasi emas juga tidak lepas dari resiko.Meskipun emas terkenal karena nilainya yang stabil dan tahan terhadap inflasi tetap saja dapat membuat anda merugi.

Jadi,resiko dalam berinvestasi itu seperti uang koin yang punya dua sisi yang tidak bisa dipisahkan.Jangan tergiur bahkan tertipu dengan para sales marketing suatu produk investasi yang (biasanya) cuma menonjolkan dari sisi keuntungan produknya saja.Jika anda masih berpikir berinvestasi atau berbisnis itu bebas resiko maka anda perlu memikirkannya lagi.Hal yang perlu anda ingat tentang resiko investasi adalah,apapun investasinya makin besar keuntungan yang bisa anda dapat maka makin besar juga resikonya.


2.Legalitas

Hal terpenting kedua adalah legalitas.Legalitas yang dimaksud di sini adalah legalitas lembaga investasinya dan terdaftar di lembaga legulator di Negara setempat.Jika anda berinvestasi reksadana maka anda harus mengatahui legalitas/surat ijin pendirian perusahaan tersebut,kemudian mengetahui bahwa perusahaan tersebut terdaftar pada lembaga legulator yaitu Bapepam.Untuk bank ada Bank Indonesia,untuk perdagangan komoditi (termasuk yang berjangka) ada Bappebti yang mengawasi.

Meskipun dengan segunung surat ijin sah dari notaris untuk mendirikan perusahaan tersebut,tapi jika tidak terdaftar di lembaga legulator maka perusahaan tersebut illegal.Anda bisa mengetahui daftar perusahaan reksa dana (manajer investasi) legal yang ada di Indonesia di sini.

3.Mekanisme

Setelah memahami dua hal di atas,hal terakhir yang perlu anda ketahui adalah mekanisme.Mekanisme tentang bagaimana pembayarannya,pendaftaran,penarikan dana dll.Disarankan anda jangan hanya mengandalkan informasi dari sales atau customer service saja.Mencari informasi di Internet memang salah satu caranya tapi anda lebih disarankan untuk membeli buku,karena berdasarkan pengalaman saya informasi yang ada di buku lebih lengkap.

Jika anda hanya mengandalkan sales/marketing atau customer service,maka siapa tau mereka adalah pegawai yang ingin berhenti kerja dan ingin mencari keuntungan dengan menipu,sehingga ketika anda menanyakan kemana seharusnya anda menyetor dana investasi,anda malah disuruh menyetor ke rekening pribadi penipu tadi.Hanya untuk berjaga-jaga bung.

Contoh,jika anda ingin berinvestasi di reksa dana maka akan lebih rumit dibandingkan berinvestasi di deposito perbankan.Anda harus tau kemana anda harus mendaftar,anda harus tau agen penjual resminya,anda harus tau bank custodian yang ditunjuk resmi oleh perusahaan manajer investasinya,anda harus tau kemana anda harus menambah dana,bagaimana menarik dana dll.

Setelah anda mengetahui dengan persis bagaimana mekanismenya,barulah tanyakan mekanisme investasi tersebut kepada sales/marketing atau customer service nya sebagai konfirmasi.Jika ada informasi/sesuatu yang lain di sana,maka anda patut curiga.

Demikianlah penjelasan saya saudara-saudara,dan diharapkan tidak ada lagi berita-berita tentang penipuan investasi.

Perbedaan CIA dan FBI

Suka nonton film-film aksi Hollywood?pernah dengar kata FBI atau CIA?
Kebayakan orang menganggap dua instansi tersebut sama,sama-sama punya agen-agen (bukan agen asuransi lho ya).Kemudian suka melakukan aksi mata-mata,tembak-tembakan,kejaran-kejaran pake mobil yang kaya di pelem-pelem jemes bon itu.

Padahal FBI dan CIA itu benar-benar beda,biarpun ada juga persamaannya.

FBI itu tugasnya khusus di dalam negeri amerika saja.Misalnya mencegah ancaman terorisme dalam negri,penangkapan mafia pajak,narkoba,penyelundupan senjata dll.FBI juga sering membantu polisi lokal di amerika.Anggota FBI boleh saja memamerkan identitasnya di depan publik.

Sedangkan CIA,daerah tugas mereka di luar amerika,di negara-negara orang (hmm,apa mereka yang membunuh Joseph Stallin atau mungkin Kim Jong Il).Beda sama FBI,anggota CIA ga boleh memamerkan identitasnya di depan umum.Agen CIA juga punya identitas ganda,termasuk pekerjaan samaran (mudah-mudahan istri/suami mereka bukan samaran ya.Itupun kalo mereka dibolehin kawin ama pemerintahnya hahaha).

Jadi sudah tau kan bedanya,sekarang pilih mana?jadi agen FBI atau CIA?kalo saya sih jadi agen 007 saja,kan enak jadi bintang pelem hehehe

Real proof that humans ever landed on the moon

Yes I know,the first human flight to the moon was already happened in long time ago,in 1969.Probably most of the readers of this blog including me,still unborn.But the debate about whether the original man never peddle foot on the moon or not is still frequently discussed until now.Especially the new generation who actually do not know anything and just read a theory that says humans landing on the moon is a big lie.Unfortunately they never read the writings that argue that humans indeed been to the moon.

According to the accusers,on the month (free space) flag might not fly,so the video which taken from the moon was a fake.

The fact

According to physics if we move in the direction of spinning flagpole,the flag will receive a rotary momentum (angular momentum) that will make the flag flying wherever it is located (including in a vacuum).

So the conspiracy theory is very weak.
Here is an experiment conducted to show that indeed the flag can fly in a vacuum

Though today's technology has advanced,the Hubble telescope can see up to between galaxies,but why the Hubble telescope can not be telescoped moon to show the flag of the United States as proof that Americans ever set foot there?
NASA has the answer,even though Hubble is able telescoped anywhere,but there are limitations.
Hubble telescope could only see the surface of the moon only and that even in a state of opaque.Not able to see details of objects left behind by astronauts such as the Flag of the United States,or objects Astronomer.

No one is photographing

And the simple answer is because of budget problems are not provided by the U.S. government and had always been held because of the cold war between U.S and the Soviet Union to spur Americans to be the first to send humans to the moon.

So the conclusion is that human beings actually been to the moon.

3 alasan utama dunia harus berterima kasih pada Amerika Serikat

Banyak orang menganggap Amerika adalah negara penjajah,suka bikin perang,arogan,dll.Ya sah-sah saja itu pendapat mereka.Saya pribadi juga tidak suka dengan Amerika karena bersekutu dengan Israel yang biadab itu.

Tapi di balik pro dan kontra yang ada di luar sana,ada beberapa hal yang mengharuskan dunia (ya dunia! Saya tidak salah tulis) harus berterima kasih kepada Amerika Serikat

Pertama
Amerika dan sekutunyalah yang mengakhiri perang dunia 2.Ya,bayangkan saja jika seandainya Nazi Jerman yang berhasil memenangkan perang dunia 2,maka seluruh dunia akan musnah karena rasisme mereka.

Kedua
Amerika menjaga perdamaian dunia.Karena kapasitasnya sebagai pemilik kekuatan militer terbesar di dunia,tentu terorris akan berpikir ulang untuk melancarkan serangan.Lihat saya Al-Qaeda yang dengan mudahnya dibabat habis.Jika Al-Qaeda tidak ditumpas dan menyebar di seluruh dunia,mungkin akan ada perang antar agama bukan.

Ketiga
Amerika punya banyak ilmuwan penemu yang bermanfaat global.
Penemu Televisi Adalah J.L. Baird & C.F. Jenkins,penemu Telegrap adalah Samuel F.B. Morse, penemu Telepon Adalah Alexander Graham Bell,penemu Bola lampu Adalah Thomas Alva Edison,penemu Proyektor film Adalah Thomas Alva Edison,penemu Kamera Adalah Louis Jacques Monde da Guerre & Edwin Land,penemu Pesawat terbang Adalah Wilbur dan 0. Wright dan semuanya berasal dari Amerika Serikat.

Setidaknya itulah tiga alasan utama kenapa dunia harus berterima kasih kepada Amerika.

3 major reasons why the world have to thank the United States

Many people think that US is a colonial country,they like to make war,arrogant,etc.. it is okay, that is their opinion anyway.I personally also do not like the American alliance with that savage Israel.

But behind the pros and cons that exist out there,there are some things that the world (yes world! I am not misspelling) have to thank the United States.



-First
America and its allies won the World War 2.Yes, just imagine if Nazi won World War 2,then the whole world will be destroyed because of their racism.

-Second
The USA maintain world peace.Because of its capacity as owner ofthe largest military force in the world,certainly terorist will think twice to launch an attack.Just see at Al-Qaeda,they easily cleared in Afganistan 2001.If Al-Qaeda is not crushed and spread throughout the world,maybe there will be a war between religions.

-Third
American scientists have a lot of useful global inventors.

Inventor of Television are J.L. Baird & C.F. Jenkins,inventor of the Telegraph is Samuel F.B. Morse,inventor of the Phone is Alexander Graham Bell,inventor of light bulb is Thomas Alva Edison,inventor of the film projector is Thomas Alva Edison,inventor of Camera are Louis Jacques Monde da Guerre & Edwin Land,inventor of the Airplane are Wilbur and 0.Wright and all come from the United States.

At least that is three main reasons why the world should be grateful to USA.
